Your stay at HENRI Hamburg: Ban on accommodation for travelers also from national risk areas
We want you to be able to enjoy your vacation at HENRI Hamburg safely and relaxed. You can be sure: the health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees are our top priority at all times. As you can see from the current news reports, the local authorities have ordered a ban on accommodation for travelers from national risk areas.
This means that travelers who want to arrive from designated national high incidence areas must provide a negative PCR Corona test at check-in, which must not be older than 48 hours. Accordingly, no more than 48 hours must have elapsed between the issue of the test result and your arrival.
The regions and cities designated as risk areas can always be found up-to-date on the RKI website. Please check before arrival whether your home is within a risk area at the time of your arrival. Please note that the risk areas may differ depending on the federal state.
The wellbeing of all is our top priority. We are aware of our responsibility towards our guests, employees and our neighbors. Therefore, we are also increasing the already high safety standards in our hotel. From now on it is essential to wear regular mouth and nose protection. A visor or similar is no longer sufficient. For the protection of everyone, we cannot accommodate you in our hotel if you have a medical certificate, which releases you from the obligation to protect your mouth and nose. We also reserve the right to measure fever on arrival. If you have symptoms of an infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, please visit us at a later time.
We are in daily contact with the responsible health and tourism authorities. If there are any changes to the existing regulations in our hotel, we will inform you directly on our website.
See you at HENRI!
