Hikes in Seefeld

Möserer See

Hiking tip 1: Lake Möser

An easy hike leads from the Seekirchl in Seefeld over the Möserer See and back again. On the almost 9 km long circular route you will pass the Möserer See, which is considered one of the warmest natural swimming lakes in Tyrol. Directly at the lake is the Möserer Seestub'n, which is open all year round - the perfect place for a little breather. Here, mainly seasonal products from regional production are served.

Rosshütte

Hiking tip 2: Rosshütte

On this hiking tour you decide whether you want to hike the complete tour in about 3:45 hours or hike only a part of the tour and ride the rest up or down with the funicular. The starting and ending point of the hike is the Rosshütte valley station. From there, the hike continues via Hermannstal and along the "Krummer Steig" hiking trail to Rosshütte. From there it goes via the forest road back to the valley station.

Hut tips: The Hochegg-Alm or panorama restaurant Rosshütte

Hiking tip 3: Leutascher ghost gorge

How about a "legendary hike" through the Leutascher Geisterklamm? According to legend, you will hike here in the footsteps of the gorge spirit and his goblins, whose magical energy is clearly noticeable. In any case, you will experience an imposing gorge, rushing masses of water and spectacular views - from the panoramic bridge to the 23-meter-high waterfall.

Important note: Unfortunately, the narrow gorge trail is not suitable for strollers, bicycles and dogs. Open from May to October.
