Your arrival at the HENRI Hotel Hamburg is just around the corner. But first, we have to share some important information: Our lift is currently not usable. Unfortunately, the delivery of spare parts to carry out the repair cannot be reliably confirmed. We cannot predict when the lift will be operational again. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm in advance on which floor you will be accommodated. The HENRI Hotel Hamburg has 7 floors and of course we can help you with your luggage. 

Now there are two possibilities: 

1. You feel fit to use our staircase up to the higher floors? Great, we look forward to seeing you!
2. You would like to cancel your booking due to the uncertainty? Please contact us with a request to cancel your booking by email (rooms@henri-hamburg.com) and we will cancel your reservation free of charge.
