Kitzbühel is an idyllic ski resort in the Austrian Alps and a new home for HENRI. Look forward to impressive mountain scenery, breathtaking landscapes and a wide range of activities and experiences for young and old.
In winter, Kitzbühel attracts its visitors to the more than 200 kilometers of slopes and celebrates the day with a portion of après-ski. In summer, on the other hand, the dreamy little town transforms into a paradise for hiking fans and adventurers. HENRI guests can explore the Alps on one of the many hiking trails, stroll through the forests and along the alpine meadows, or embark on a mountain bike tour. Our HENRI tip: A ride with the cable car up to the Kitzbüheler Horn - covered with snow the perfect destination for skiers and from spring on the Alpine Flower Garden enchants with beautiful natural spectacles.

Kitzbühel Horn
The striking mountain in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps invites you to skiing and snowboarding in winter and mountain biking and hiking in summer. Several cable cars and a toll panoramic road lead to the summit. At 1800 meters above sea level there is an alpine flower garden. Every year in August, the International Kitzbühel Horn Bike Race takes place here.
1.000 kilometers of hiking trails
The hunt for the best view, the search for the yummiest mountain delicacies or the motivation for a new best time: No matter what drives you, around Kitzbühel no hiking wishes remain unfulfilled. Beginners get to know the area on the “Around Reith“ trail, while advanced hikers put their skills to the test on the “5-Gipfel-Tour“. What do you start with?
Perfect ski trails
One of the best ski resorts in the whole of Austria awaits you in Kitzbühel. In addition to perfectly groomed slopes and modern ski lifts, ski fans can enjoy 233 kilometers of downhill runs. Professionals prove their skills on the famous Hahenkamm downhill run Streif, but also for ski beginners there are enough slopes that are not quite as steep. For a break in between, 60 huts and mountain restaurants are available.
Schwarzsee
The “Schwarzsee“ is a moor lake and is located about 2 km west of Kitzbühel on the Brixental road in the Kitzbühel Alps. Schwarzsee is one of the warmest and most beautiful bathing lakes in the Alps and offers a fantastic view of the Wilder Kaiser mountains. On the lakeshore there is an outdoor pool with a large sunbathing area and a boat rental. In winter, the lake is usually frozen and offers opportunities for ice skating, ice hockey and curling.

Bacon and ham from Tyrol, spicy mountain cheese and of course bread, fresh from the bakery: our Marend is the Tyrolean snack and offers you a hearty meal in the afternoon. Would you prefer something sweet? Fresh cake is available, home-baked by the HENRI team of course.
Tyrolean dinner meets international cuisine
A fresh soup, cooked with love and served in a glass, provides the necessary refreshment after an exciting day in the mountains. HENRI may not have a big menu, but it's like home – freshly made, authentic, real and always delicious!
