The Obern cross-country ski trail runs in a picturesque landscape both along the edge of the forest and in open fields and is wonderfully sunny in fine weather. It is an ideal cross-country skiing trail for beginners, because there are no ascents and descents to master. Rustic snack bars invite you to stop and some resting benches invite you to stay outside. The trail offers a great view of the Hohe Munde, the Wetterstein mountains and you can also see the Arnplattenspitze.

Optimal for advanced: The cat hole [Katzenloch]

It starts with an arduous ascent over the Mundeknie, which is rewarded in the course of the route with a beautiful panorama into the Inn Valley and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
